We pride ourselves in being the only company in South Africa that offers custom design LED displays, repair services locally at our premises, as well as technical support services. This is done by a team of qualified engineers and technicians that will save you time and money while guaranteeing the best services with quality products.

Maintenance

The best way to ensure longevity of PolyComp products, periodic maintenance, every 3 months is recommended. Please note that maintenance takes place if agreed upon in SLA (service-level agreement).

The technician will only carry out the repair once an official order is raised (Account Clients) or COD payments are made.

Units are under warranty and parts are covered in case of the normal use of the equipment. However, natural disasters (force majeure) or malicious damage are not covered under the warranty.

If PolyComp Technologies needs to send a technician to the site, call-out, and labor charges are applicable even if the unit is under warranty.
