TILL INDICATOR SYSTEM 1

Description:

 

• This system is designed as a call up system for clients waiting in a line to be serviced.LED DISPLAY WITH VOICE
• The display can be programmed by the user to display time, date, temperature as well as     general or promotional messages, attracting client attention while waiting, informing them of    additional services, promotions, special offers etc.
• When a till is available the operator will push his remote, wireless button or on the application on the PC, the display will call the next client to the relevant till, an audible announcement will be made at the same time (beeper for units without voice)

Kiosk Ticketing System
Interactive touch Screen Kiosk
The System consist of the following:

 
1. Touch Screen + PC + Printer (All integrated into one unit)
2. Users computers – With an application running in the  background (Up to 30 users)
3. Led Display(S) Screen with Sound In common waiting area.
4. Led Displays Above Counter (Optional)
5. All units are interconnected by means of RS485, TCP/IP OR Wi-Fi connection.

Kiosk system continued

Description

The client will select the service that he requires on the LCD touch screen.

He will be issued with a number for his selected service, with a date & time stamp plus any other relevant service information.

 

Number of Options can be 2-20, such as:

1. Prescription

2. Off the shelves

3. Chronic

4. Collections

5. Nurse

6. Inquiries

7. etc

 

When one of the Operators is available he will call the “Next Client” by using the integrated application on his PC.

The Display will then indicate next Ticket Number for that service and will guide the Client to the correct Service provider.

Voice announcement such as: “Ticket Number 45 – Please go to Counter 3” will be made on the built in display Speaker.

“The overhead counter display” – Will display the name of the service to which this counter is assigned, together with the number that is serviced.

    Eg: “Chronic”

           “Serving : 45”

 

Statistical Reporting

A report for a period determined by the operator will include the following:

From Date, To Date

Operator Number, Start time, End time, Total Hours, Total clients, Average time per client,

Daily, weekly or selectable dates, monthly Reports can be called on to be displayed and printed if

hard copies are required. Database can be password protected for selective access

The Kiosk System is fully configurable and can therefore be adapted and customised  to customer

requirements.

The System consist of the following:

3. LCD screens with Sound In common waiting areas, display full colour graphics in high

resolution.

4. LCD Screens s Above Counter (Optional)

5. All units are interconnected by means of RS485, TCP/IP OR WiFi connection.

 

Operation:

Same as 2A but displays are LCD type instead of LED’s and can display client promotion videos

while customers are waiting.
